Is it safe to order online?

Do you deliver to work addresses?
Yes, we send to any address that a courier can access and a responsible adult is present to receive the goods.
Will I be charged customs?
This is very unlikely, but it is dependant on the country of destination, and Very Tango Online Store has no control over it. The recipient of the shoes is responsible for any customs duties. However if you are concerned, you can ask that we do not include the invoice in your package.

How long will shipping take?
Production of the shoes will generally take up to 15 working days (3 weeks), then it will be posted (which may take up to one week). You will be informed once your shoes are in the mail.

How do I buy and pay for a pair of shoes?
Once you find a pair you like, click on its icon, or press the button on it that says 'Choose Options'. You will be requested to enter information such as its size. Once this is done, you need to pay for it (by PayPal or a registered credit card) and it will be sent to the shipping address that you were requested to enter.
How will I be charged?
If you choose to pay by PayPal we will take you to the PayPal website, which will guide you to pay.
If you choose to pay by credit card, we will take payment immediately and will send you an email confirming that your order was successful.
