Do you deliver to residential as well as work addresses?
Yes. We deliver to any address where your package can be collected.

Will I be charged customs?
This is unlikely, but it is dependant on the country of destination, and Very Tango Online Store has no control over it. The recipient of the shoes is responsible for any customs duties. If your country does charge customs, we suggest that you email us to ensure that a copy of your invoice is not included in your package.

What does shipping cover?
Our deliveries are carried out by an internationally accredited courier company, using their Express Service. This provides point-to-point tracking, and in fact we have NEVER lost a package on route! We provide express courier shipment as part of our standard shipping cost.

Do you require signature confirmation on arrival?
Our parcels are delivered with signature confirmation, which means you'll have to sign the package in order to receive it. If you're not there when the courier arrives, he'll come back the next day and try again - and if you're not there a second time, a note will be left.

What if I can't collect my package?
