Refunds
The customer shall be entitled to a refund if the shoes provided were defective or not as advertised. You have 30 days from the date you received your item to notify us of your request for refund. You must send the item back to us in its original condition, which includes the shoes, their soles, packaging and labels. You will be entitled to receive any refund in the form of your original payment. For example, if you paid for an item with a credit card, your credit card will be refunded.

Exchanges
The customer shall be entitled to an exchange if the shoes provided do not fit. You have 30 days from the date you received your item to notify us of your request for exchange. Exclusions from Refunds and Exchanges

Shipping
Shipping times will vary according to availability and destination. Goods will not be shipped until payment has been made. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping. You must enter an address that a courier can access and a responsible adult must be present to receive the goods. If the courier is unsuccessful in their attempt to present your goods, you may be charged the cost of the service.

Accuracy
We will try and ensure that all detail and prices which appear on this website are accurate. If we discover a price error for any goods which you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Availability
Occasionally a model or size of an item may not be available. In this instance the buyer may wait for the shoe to becomes available or have confidence that they can choose another model (difference in price will be reimbursed).

We shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the Services or any page of this website.
